Product Guarantee

Your happiness is what matters most to us, and we back that up with a no worries return policy.  If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you received from us, contact us within the first 90 days so that you may return the product for a full refund or for an exchanged item of equal or lesser value.  And don't worry about the cost of return shipping — that is on us.

We do ask that the item is returned to us in the same general condition as received without any noticeable signs of use, including scratches, smudge marks, or other appearances of wear and tear. 

If for any reason you have received a defective item, or you believe the quality did not hold up as expected during the 90 days, please let us know so that we may send you a replacement if you so like.   There will be no charges applied for replacement items.  We believe in the quality of our products and will stand by them.
