My item arrived damaged.  What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that your item has arrived damaged.  This is quite a rare event with these type of cases, but can still happen.  Please contact us ASAP so that we may quickly send you another one. 

The item received is different from what I had ordered.  How do I go about getting the correct one?

Contact us and let us know the item you received.  We will quickly reship the correct case at our expense.

I accidentally ordered for the wrong phone.  What should I do?

No problems. You may either return the item to us for a full refund, or if you would like an exchange, please contact us to let us know the phone design and phone model.  If we have the item in stock, we will gladly exchange it out for you. 

I am not happy with the case, it's just not for me.  Can I return it for a different one?

Sure.  We will work out an exchange for you.  Please contactus.

The case seems to be wearing out on me, and I have only had it for a month?  What can be done about that?

We are sorry to hear that there has been an issue with the case.  We will go ahead and send you a free replacement case since it has been less than 90 days.  As always, jut get in touch with us here.
