How long will it take for my case to arrive? 

 

Generally, it takes between 2 and 4 business days, with an average of 2.5 days from when the item is shipped. We always ship within 24 business 

hours. 

 

Most orders placed before noon (EST) will be shipped the same day. Please note that these are estimates, and your package may take significantly longer to arrive. 

 

How can I track my package?

 

Once the order is shipped (usually within 24 business hours), we will email you a tracking number.

 

What kind of packaging will my case arrive in? Is it eco-friendly?

 

The case will arrive in recyclable cardboard packaging.

 

On rare occasions, if we run out of cardboard packaging, your item will arrive in a clear, compostable bioplastic bag. It looks like a 

traditional "poly" bag, but is made from plant materials. 

 

Our shipping mailers are also eco-friendly and can be recycled.   

 

My order has not arrived yet; what should I do?

 

We are sorry to hear that. Please check the tracking info for updates.  

 

If the tracking info is not showing any updates or if it shows that it was delivered but never arrived, please contact us to research the matter further. 

 

Any item not received will either be reshipped or refunded.  

 

Any package deemed lost by USPS will be promptly reshipped or refunded.

 

Where do you ship from?

 

Most orders ship from our home office in NJ, USA. Some orders may ship from a fulfillment center closer to you so that the package arrives faster.
